March 6, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #30 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #18-0119 FOR TANK PUMPING & HYDRO-JETTING SERVICE Description Bids to provide 'Tank Pumping & Hydro-Jetting Service' were received from two vendors on February 6, 2018. The bid of Blue Septic Tank Service, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario. This bid is for a period of three years with option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Blue Septic Tank Service, Inc., to provide 'Tank Pumping & Hydro-Jetting Service' in an amount not to exceed $175,000.00 for a three-year period, be approved as presented.
